Flatbread pizza is one of my favorites! It’s not your regular pizza, which I love until I step on the scale the next day. Flatbread is lighter plus making it at home allows you to add any toppings your heart desires.
Inspired by my Mom, who used to love this combination! Green peppers, red onion, black olives & mozzarella. I brush extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) on top of the flatbread and it’s amazing!
Ingredients: 5 fresh black olives or 1 can medium black olives, sliced – 1 green bell pepper, chopped – 1 medium red onion, sliced – 1/4 lb mozzarella, sliced – 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil – 1 flatbread Note: I purchased Naan flatbread for a quick, easy meal.
