Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie

Pizookie! It sounds like a game, right?…but it’s not. Pizookie is an old latin term — combines the two words pizza and cookie together. Pizookie aka chocolate chip skillet cookie. Cooked in a cast iron skillet and served with ice cream melting perfectly on top. Creating the ultimate dessert-a-lish!

I experienced this mega yumminess for the first time at the Pour House a few years ago. It was devoured by 3 of us in a matter of minutes. Lol not lol.

I added sea salt & drizzled chocolate syrup on top. Desserts can be easy and this is just one of many. You can make this dessert in no time. Try an oatmeal raisin or peanut butter cookie. Dig in and enjoy! #megacookie 😃🍪

Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter – 1/2 cup sugar – 1/2 cup brown sugar – 1 tsp vanilla – 1 egg – 1 1/2 cup flour – 1/2 tsp baking soda – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 1/2 cup chocolate chips or more
