Macaroni and Cheese Donuts

Take a cheese! When my son was 3 yrs old he picked up his Mom Mom’s camera and said “take a cheese”. Lol! Evidently we used the old ‘Say cheese’ photo-op moments often. Moving on to the cheesy business… I made something really good but really bad.

Stirred up some homemade macaroni n’ cheese… as donuts. Baked then fried. We (meaning many of us) love those fried macaroni n’ cheese balls. Same concept in the shape of a donut.

Fried is so bad but so good. I made half baked & half fried, with a side of salmon for balance. Lol. Use any macaroni & cheese recipe plus the roux always smells so good…bubbly goodness. Dig in : )
