Easy homemade dinner rolls! I purchased crab legs (one of my favorites AND a big thanks to Labor Day sales)!! I wanted to add a little something on the side. So, I baked up these guys.
I couldn’t resist dipping a couple of pieces into the butter & it made the roll extra yummy. If you’re looking for a quick, different dinner roll. Give this recipe a try : )

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons EVOO plus more for greasing – 3 (12 oz) packages refrigerated biscuits – 1 cup shredded gruyere cheese – 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves – 1/2 teaspoon onion powder – 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder – unsalted butter for serving optional
Serves 6-8. Preheat the oven to 375. Lightly grease the muffin tin with olive oil. Tear the biscuits into 1 1/2 inch pieces. In a large bowl, combine the dough pieces with cheese, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder and olive oil. Mix well. Evenly divide the seasoned dough among the prepared muffin cups. Bake 10-12 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm.
