Glazed Donut Bundt Cake

Oversized glazed donut cake 😉 It’s simply irresistible, no bundts about it! If you’re a donut or cake lover, this is for you : )

The nutmeg, cardamom & vanilla add fantastic flavors. The moment I saw this recipe, I knew it was a must try. It was a big hit in our home!

I used vanilla bean paste and low fat Greek yogurt {recipe states “full fat”}. This recipe is simple & would be perfect for breakfast, brunch or dessert. Happy baking & Stay safe 💛😃🍩👏

Ingredients
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1½ cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 2 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 3½ cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ¾ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp cardamom
  • ½ cup buttermilk, room temperature
  • ½ cup full fat yogurt, room temperature
For Glaze
  • 2¼ cups confectioner’s sugar
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla or vanilla bean paste
