Slow Cooker Short Rib Ragu with Pappardelle

An Italian-style dish packed with flavor! Slow cooked short ribs, carrots, celery, onion & marinara make the most delicious meal.

With minimal prep time slicing the vegetables & searing the ribs, the rest is hands off. No babysitting required…slow cooker to the rescue : )

Pasta is so pretty, easy & delicious! You can substitute Pappardelle for zoodles, spaghetti squash or another type of pasta.

Slow cookers are the best! A great restaurant style meal that you can make in the comfort of your home. Have a great day & stay safe 😘💛🙂 #italianfood #itswhatsfordinner
