Spring Pea Pasta with Burrata

Eat your peas! I can still hear my Mom saying those very words. Bright sweet peas tossed with ditalini pasta, seasonings & a splash of lemon makes a perfect side or dinner dish : )

Peas were never my favorite however, I’ve grown to enjoy them. Perhaps it’s the combination with pasta 😁

A light, refreshing salad with fantastic flavors. The burrata is similar to mozzarella — the cheesy goodness inside is beyond delicious! 💚 #haveagreatday #joyofcooking
