Garlic Cheddar Biscuits

Cheesy buttery garlic goodness! So fluffy & dreamy straight from the oven : )

Similar to a popular restaurant biscuit! They’re so simple & delicious. Flaky with the perfect amount of cheese & garlic. Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

I originally planned to use news paper to line the mini loaf pan however, the brown rustic muffin liners {which I love} added a nice touch. A helpful tip: if you don’t own round cookie or biscuit cutters… use the top of a glass similar in diameter.

Biscuit Ingredients:

– 1 cup flour -1 TSP baking powder – 1/2 TSP baking soda – 4 TBSP cold butter, sliced thin – 1/2 cup buttermilk – 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded – 1 TSP garlic minced – 1/2 TSP parsley {optional} Note: I added a pinch of garlic powder into the dry ingredients
