Raspberry Rose Cream Puffs

Raspberry heaven! A light, airy pastry filled with raspberry whipped cream and topped with dark chocolate ganache : )

These French pastries are so buttery & light. I made cream puffs once …decades ago 🤫and felt intimidated. Re-visiting these adorable desserts with minimal anxiety + a fun summery twist! I highly recommend making the raspberry whipped cream {even if you don’t bake} ~ it’s beyond delicious!! I made extra because it’s so darn good 💃

How the heck do you pronounce choux? = shoo. I hope you have an awesome & safe day 💛😉
